CONSTITUTION AND OPERATING PROCEDURES COMMITTEE
The Constitution and Operating Procedures Committee shall:
- Annual review the Constitution and By-Laws, and develop recommendations for
improvements or needed changes. Send copies of the revised Constitution and By-Laws to
the Secretary-Treasurer to be distributed to the Executive Board for further
recommendations and approval.
- 2. Prepare ballots for proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws, and after
approval by a majority of the entire Executive Board, send them to the Secretary-Treasurer
to be reviewed and forwarded for circulation as appropriate.
- Perform an appellate function on the behalf of the President.
- Prepare a report of the Committee's activities and recommendations to be presented to the
Executive Board and the annual business meeting for inclusion in the minutes.
