Article X. - Amendments to Constitution
- Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by 10 members of the Society, the Constitution Committee, or by the
Executive Committee. Such proposals shall be submitted to the Constitution Committee for study and then to the
general membership by the Executive Committee.
- Proposed amendments shall be submitted to the general membership for voting either in a special mail ballot or at the
next regular Society meeting provided the proposed change has been submitted to the membership at least two-weeks
prior to voting on the amendment.
- Adoption of a proposed amendment shall require a two-thirds majority of those members voting on the amendment.
